libgconfmm-2.6-1c2 software package provides C++ wrappers for GConf (shared library), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgconfmm-2.6-1c2
libgconfmm-2.6-1c2 is installed in your system.
